Kington, Welsh Borders

Kington is a characterful medieval market town within easy reach of the West Midlands on the Wales/Herefordshire border. We have reserved 29 places in Kington Youth Hostel, a renovated Victorian Cottage Hospital. The price for 2 nights is £36 (which includes basic breakfast provisions).

On Saturday we shall be walking a 12 mile circular route from Kington itself which includes some of the finest parts of Offa's Dyke with grand views back to Hergest Ridge.

On Sunday we shall be attacking a slightly more challenging 12 mile walk in the Marches near the Welsh border.
